I ASK THE CONGRESS TO SUPPORT H.R.5977/ S.2910. I AM A 2 TRUCK INTERSTATE CARRIER FOR THE PAST 27 YRS, AND ALSO A PROPETY BROKER THE PAST 10 YRS. BUISNESS TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BROKERS, SHIPPERS, AND CARRIERS SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT. THE LACK OF TRANSPARANCY BETWEEN SHIPPERS AND CARRIERS IS DEVISTATING TO EQUIP OWNERS.
