I fully support this bill. As a retired fed employee, I clearly see the need for individuals like my self with institutional knowledge to be used to train and mentor new hires. I worked as a technical expert and I know when I retired I left many employees defenseless for training and mentoring. I would be more than willing to return as a part-time trainer and/mentor if my annuity was not subject to offset.
