(3) terminate a pregnancy after fetal viability when necessary to protect her life or her health.
-- as a concerned MD, this is stupid. if a fetus is viable, there is no instance when killing that viable fetus would ITSELF save the life of the mother. if the fetus is endangering the life of the mother, deliver the viable fetus (c-section or otherwise) and care for the mother.
