H.RES.732 - Federal Government
Designating the third week of October as "National Estate Planning Awareness Week". |
- Jack Rittenhouse, CLU, ChFC, AEP said09/17/2008
This bill provides national support to the education of every American citizen regarding their personnal rights and the requirement to be proactive in accomplishing their legacy plan. Myths and lack of understanding currently confuse and delay such accomplishment to the detriment of their families. - Valentino Sabuco, CFP, AEP said09/08/2008
This is a very important proclamation, as a very high percentage of Americans have no estate plans or ones that are out of date. By having an estate planning awareness week the third week in October each year, it gives the estate planning professional communities and the media an opportunity to annually remind and educate the public on this important overlooked element of sound personal financial management.
