The proposed subsections (p)(1) and (p)(2) says that anyone who sells fewer than 50 puppies to the public is a pet store. Therefore, if I sell one puppy, I am a pet store. This is stupid -- someone is up to something with this bill. I can't believe the sponsors actually think that anyone who sells one puppy is a pet store.
