does this mean that if you reside in a state with higher than 6% unemployment rate you are entitled to a total of 33 weeks of the extended benefits ???? - annonymous said11/21/2008
I am very happy this bill passed!! It will help keep the wolf from the door, but we still need to create new jobs as more and more American's are experiencing layoffs!!! We can't pay our bills without any income, which creates more economic problems!!!

We do need this extension badly.....not only here in Florida, but across the entire country. Let's get these funds out to people that need them before they decide to use the UI fund to bail out some lame ass insurance company or Wall Street.AGAIN!! - Tina said11/05/2008
We desperately need this. Hopefully we will see a change in the economy, but until then a lot of people need help. - Tj said10/26/2008
Good idea. Extending the extended benefits for a few more months would be great. we just need to weather out this storm a liitle while longer until things pick up again.
