    I support the bill. A RR should not heavily increase freight traffic without the affected communities having some recourse in addressing the issues a heavy increase will bring to the residents.

    I believe this bill is absolutely necessary!! Directing the STB to give consideration of the impact of railroad traffic on the communities involved is a must. If CN is able to purchase EJ&E and move forward with their plans, it will have a devastating effect on our community and so many others!
