    This Bill will set in committee under consideration by the committee untill it dies. If this Bill were to be a pay raise for member Conress or the Senate, it would pass in no time.

    It doesn't look like anyone will be any better off for a long while. It appears that a bunch of "me-toos" have convinced Filner to modify the bill into something that has no chance of being passed. Looks to me like just more of the same old stuff.
