My father is a WW2 vet and we have had to fight our whole lives to get him his benefits, he is finally 100% service connected disabled, but it took 2 decades to get it. I fully support this Bill, it is LONG overdue. Thankfully someone realizes our vets need legal help to get those benefits. - Referred to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.06/26/2008
