We need to pass this bill, failure to do so will impact many disabled individuals who are already in serious need of better services.Human service programs across the natuon are scrambling for funds to serve all of the disabled population. We already have a large percentage of the disabled population who do not have any type of assistance due to lack of funds. It is unthinkable that we would cut the funding to these types of programs.
