HR 212 - Title Yet to be Determined - Davis, Cynthia L. |

The Federal Government has no right to continue to disregard the rights of the states and their people. When the government habitualy violates and spits upon the constitution and our rights, we have the right and obligation to withdraw our consent to be governed by the Federal Government. We are a sovereign state first, and member of the United States second. - anonymous said05/28/2009
The Federal Government was a cration of the states and should act as an agent thereof, not the other way around. For too many years the people and the states have willingly, even gratefully, have given the Fed much more power than it has legal basis for. I support every state declaring its' soverignty as a crucial first step to putting our nation back on track. - Gary McNulty said02/23/2009
I am in favor of Missouri declaring sovereignty under the tenth amendment. The federal government has no right to change our constitutional rights without approval of the population. We cannot allow them to tell us when what we can say or whether we can bare arms. I'm not even sure the federal tax as set up by the IRS is within the guidelines set up in the constitution. We certainly have double taxation and taxation without representation being forced on state governments.
