H.R.2095 - Federal Government
To amend title 49, United States Code, to prevent railroad fatalities, injuries, and hazardous materials releases, to authorize the Federal Railroad Safety Administration, and for other purposes. |
- k f adams said01/16/2009
This bill hr2095 title 49, was not thought through before any of the elected officials passed it. It does not cover the problems, but it does hurt the non problem areas. For example the time off for regular hour employees are not an issue to safety and this rest is more than adequate. 12 plus hours rest should not be judged by anyone but themselves. Please re-think this bill and ammend it to serve the problems that are a risk.
