H.AMDT.863 Amendment (A002) offered by Mr. Rahall. (consideration: CR H11964 text: CR H11964) At the end of the bill, add the following new title: TITLE VI--APPLICATION OF CERTAIN LAWS SEC. 6001. APPLICATION OF CERTAIN STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. All designated and future designated lands within any natural heritage area for which funding is provided under this Act shall be exclusively governed by relevant State and local laws regarding hunting, fishing, and the possession or use of a weapon, trap, or net.
