HB655 - Ohio: To enact sections 353.01, 353.02, 353.03, 353.04, and 353.05 of the Revised Code to allow a board of county commissioners in a county with a population of 1.2 million or more to submit to the electors the question of whether to adopt a restructured form of county government.
