I suffer from Server Arthritis in most off my joints and Rheumatism in my hands, I have a Degenerate Bone Disease witch is in most all joints and spine and P.A.D. that is a Disease that causes poor circulation and blocked artery's in my leg's witch cause's Server Pain threw out my Body and have many surgery's with not much help, I have a Morphine pump implant and take morphine pills and Hydrocodone that makes me nasua but not much releave from the pain so I can not walk and have to use a wheel chair I have to take breathing treatments for a Respiratory Disease that also make me nasua and can't eat. For the last 11yrs. I have lived in Pain and I am only 52yrs. old. A Friend got me to smoke Marijuana and the releave was unbelievable the pain in my Back and Legs was so Much Better better and it stopped the nasua from my other medication. I can walk it was just unbelievable for Me, it help with the cramps in my Leg's and feet and for the first time in years I slept threw a whole night with out waking up in pain, it was Wonderful But short lived because the little bet Hr gave Me didn't last to long and I do not know where to get anymore and now I am back to were I was, Pain 24/7. I don't understand why People like Me can not at-least be able to grow or buy marijuana when 13 other States can. It would help so many People get some of Their Lives Back. I know it made a World of difference to Me and I know if I could use it, It would let Me do some of the thing I used to do and loved so Much. Please Do Not Give Up on Changing the Law for Medical Marijuana
    Thank You

I am a 37 year old male, dying of respiratory disease, and am also on probation (child support).I have been ordered to go see my probation officer, when I am drug tested I will be violated for marijuana use.

I use marijuana (I cook with it. Google Cannabutter) to control the nasua and vomiting caused by other medications and other health issues. I have tried many nasuea medications and none work for me as quickly/efficently/well as marijuana. Because I have to use this plant/drug to have any sort of quality of life, I am now most likely going to go to jail on a probation violation for the next 5 years, for me a life sentence.

I'm simply terified and don't know what to do or who to turn to. Everything I, my wife and children know is about to be destroyed. There may not be anything that can be done for me, but please do everything possible to pass HB277 so others like me don't have to endure the same fear and stress I have so they can simply live their lives.

This bill if passed and put into effect would an end to one of the last JIM CROW LAWS. This unjust law against cannabis has always been based in racism not morals or justice. It is time for a change, the whole country is changing and acting more reasonable towards cannabis. The lies just will not work any longer. Some 2100 medical studies show that cannabis has benefits that can not be denied and the sick and or dying have an absloute liberty to use it. Pass this bill and be the 15th State in the Union to have medical cannabis.

LEGALIZE MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN MO. The State of Missouri can generate over 400 billion dollars in sales & use, along with earned income taxes to coincide with the numerous proven medical benefits cannabis provides.

It's about time for a logical discussion about Marijuana in general. Prohibition on Marijuana is a waste of our state and federal tax dollars. No more lies based on greed. Let's base our facts on science and humane logic.
