Missouri must do something to protect the consumer. I moved here from NY & cannot believe there is no protection. I purchased a Gift Card for someone from a local nail salon for $40. Never realized he put a 6mth expiration on it & now the owner won't honor it. It's so frustrating. It's like he just stole my cash & I have no recourse.
