An Act making an appropriation from the General Fund to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for the purposes of providing medical and psychological care for Pennsylvania National Guard members and their families who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.
