    I think someone need to do routine checks on these homes.I have seen abuse in some of these facilities.

    Without proper oversight (which this doesn't seem to have), a vulnerable population is being placed in dangerous situations. Are there any other agencies (APS, ORS, SAVA, SLTCO) going to make routine checks? Who can the residents turn to when they need assistance if they are being mistreated by the host home? This could oen the door for the number of abuse cases to rise.
