This is HSUS's bill, designed to eliminate all competition from wildlife control companies currently operating in DC, in order to successfully launch HSUS's own version of a wildlife management company. It's a typical HSUS/PETA type of ploy, legislating competitors out of existence. Unfortunately, the methods this bill prohibits, and other methods it mandates, will lead to all customers paying hundreds (and in many cases, thousands) of dollars more to achieve the same results as they would have had, if they'd used a legitimate wildlife control company in the first place.
