Who introduced this bill in the senate? this bill would cause major spending for mass transit, bridges etc by the sale of bonds and is another example of wasteful spending by the State legislature if passed. Why is the politician who introduces the bill and those you sign on with it never mentioned? We voters need to know who the big spenders in Scramento are reelction time develops.
