This started off as a well intended bill that went bad. In its original form, it made sense. It was amended on a "bait and switch" basis to restrict employment credit reports beyond reason. Instead of contacting the stakeholders and getting a good bill passed that would have done some good, for some reason this legislator went out on a limb. Next time, ask for impute so you are doing something good, instead of pushing your own personal agenda.
