I strongly recommend approval of AB1921. My firm manages 175 Commercial CID's/2000 building owners who desire clarification, streamlining and smaller governmental oversight. They are specifically desirous of being exempt from the double secret blind ballot/elections rules requirements and many other areas of the D-S Act. The CLRC and the Legislature has already taken the position that commercial CID's do not need the same protections etc.
Please move swiftly and pass AB1921.
