MEDICAID-DISABLED-ELIGIBILITY Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that in establishing eligibility standards in connection with Medicaid for persons with disabilities who are employed and eligible for Medicaid, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall (i) set the income eligibility standard at not lower than 350% of the federal poverty level, (ii) exempt the income of the person's spouse, the unearned income of the person's dependent child under the age of 18 years, and retirement accounts that the person cannot access without penalty until the age of 59 1/2, and (iii) allow non-exempt assets up to $25,000.
