General Assembly, Statement of Intent or Position - Recognizes the importance of alternatives to dissection in Tennessee schools and urges such alternatives be made available to objecting students. - Fiscal Summary for *HJR1077Other Fiscal Impact: Any expenditure is permissive and is dependent upon whether LEAs implement this policy and the number of objecting students. Local education agencies that choose to implement alternatives to dissection will enact the lowest cost alternative with regard to students knowledge in this area.
