CRIM CD-AGG ASSAULT LOADED GUN
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person also commits an aggravated assault, when, in committing an assault, he or she holds a loaded firearm to an individual's head in a threatening manner. Provides that a violation is a Class 4 felony.
