Prohibits an insurance policy or health insurance entity from imposing a co-payment, deductible, or dollar limitation on benefits for services rendered by a chiropractic physician that is greater than the co-payment, deductible, or dollar limitation on benefits imposed for the services of a medical physician for the treatment of same or similar conditions.
