HIGHER ED-STATE SCHOLAR-ADMIT Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act. Provides that a person who has been designated a State Scholar by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission is entitled to admission to any public university in this State to which he or she applies without any other conditions on admission. Effective immediately. House Amendment No. 1 Adds reference to: 110 ILCS 947/25 Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act.
