SEXUAL ASSLT SURVIVORS TRTMNT Amends the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency Treatment Act. Deletes the definition of sexual assault. Deletes references in the Act to "hospital emergency services" and replaces it with "(i) transfer services or (ii) hospital emergency services and forensic services". Provides that if a surveyor from the Department of Public Health determines that the hospital is not in compliance with its approved plan to provide transfer services or hospital emergency services and forensic services, the surveyor shall provide the hospital with a written list of the specific items of noncompliance within 10 working days after the conclusion of the surveyor's on site review (now, 2 weeks). Provides that the hospital shall have 10 working days to submit to the Department a plan of correction that contains the hospital's specific proposals for correcting the items of noncompliance (now, 14 working days).
