$ILLINOIS STUDENT ASSIST COMM

Appropriates $5,800,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for payments of IL National Guard and Naval Militia Scholarships and $43,000,000 to military Veterans' scholarships, as well as $1,800,000 to the Department of VeteransÂ’ Affairs for the payment of scholarships to students who are dependents of Illinois resident military personnel. Effective July 1, 2007.
