Legislative Greenhouse Gas Advisory Group established, cap and trade studies and
reports required, and money appropriated.
Section 1: Title - This act may be cited as the "Green Solutions Act of 2008".
Section 2: Midwestern Greenhouse Gas Accord language is provided.
Section 3: Economic, environmental, and public health impact and potential
revenues studies language provided.
Subdivision 1. Submission of studies.
