To direct the United States Sentencing Commission to make certain changes in the Sentencing Guidelines as they affect certain human trafficking offenses.

Child Sexual Slavery Prevention Act of 2008 - Directs the U.S. Sentencing Commission to amend its sentencing guidelines and policy statements to enhance penalties for crimes involving human trafficking and slave trading, smuggling, transporting, or harboring an unlawful alien, and sex trafficking of children.
