To establish a program under which employing offices of the House of Representatives may agree to reimburse employees for child care expenses, and for other purposes.

Directs the Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives to establish a program under which an employing office of the House of Representatives may agree to have payments made from the applicable House accounts to reimburse employees for child care expenses incurred while they are carrying out official duties.
