Direct the Kentucky Historical Society, in conjunction with other state agencies, to catalogue flags of historical significance throughout the state by requesting information from various state and private entities, whether these flags are displayed or not; ascertain historical significance of flags not previously displayed; offer to be a depository for flags of historical significance not currently displayed; report to the Legislative Research Commission of its findings and recommendations for actions necessary to stabilize, restore, store and display these flags.
