School Districts, Special - Pursuant to local request, revises the tax rate for the operation and maintenance of the South Carroll County Special School District to be $1.30 on each $100 of taxable property, both real and personal, situated within the boundaries of the district. - Amends TCA Chapter 278 of the Private Acts of 1955; as amended by Chapter 145 of the Private Acts of 1981; Chapter 285 of the Private Acts of 1982 and Chapter 130 of the Private Acts of 1986.
