Real Property - Provides that restrictive covenant applicable to residential property contained in deed of trust is against public policy and unenforceable if it restricts transfer of such land in manner that discriminates on basis of age, gender, race, religion, or national origin and permits owner of land to have covenant removed from deed by filing corrected deed with register of deeds. - Amends TCA Title 66, Chapter 9.
