Please upgrade your Flash Player LR number: 5336S.01I Latest Update: Sunday, June, 15th 2008 SB 1218 - Current law provides that the presiding judge of each judicial circuit with an average total inmate population of more than 2,500 in the previous two years may appoint a circuit court marshal. This act lowers the average inmate population within each circuit to 1,500 before such appointments are authorized. This act is identical to HB 1308 (2008). ALEXA PEARSON
