Stop Deceptive Advertising of Gas Prices Act - Requires retailers of transportation fuel to publicly display the price charged for the purchase of such fuel with cash and with other forms of payment (including processing fees charged to consumers for purchases made with credit cards, charge cards, debit cards, or other non-cash methods of payment).

Requires incomplete displays of fuel prices to be treated as unfair or deceptive trade acts or practices.

Requires the Federal Trade Commission to enforce the requirements of this Act.
