$DCFS-FOSTER PARENT-STATE WARD In addition to any other amounts appropriated for this purpose, appropriates $24,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services to fund an increase in the cost of care reimbursement rate for foster parents of wards of the State. Effective July 1, 2008. Fiscal Note (Dept. of Children & Family Services) The fiscal impact ranges from $3.1 million to $24 million depending upon its intent.
