PENCD-IMRF-WILL CO/WEST SUBURB

Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code to add the Will County Governmental League, the West Central Municipal Conference, and the West Cook County Solid Waste Agency to the list of entities permitted to participate in the Fund as participating instrumentalities. Effective immediately.
