To amend the U.S. Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Act of 2003. 2/6/2008--Introduced. Global Pediatric HIV/AIDS Prevention and Treatment Act - States that the U.S. government's response to the global HIV/AIDS pandemic should place high priority on: (1) prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV/AIDS; and (2) care and treatment of all children affected by HIV/AIDS, including children orphaned by AIDS. Requires that the global strategy under the United States Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Act of 2003: (1) establish a target for prevention of mother-to-child transmission efforts; (2) integrate prevention, care, and treatment with prevention of mother-to-child transmission programs; and (3) expand programs for children orphaned by AIDS.
