Resolution promoting the safe operation of 15-passenger vans.
4/30/2008--Passed House amended. (There are 2 other summaries) (This measure has not been amended since it was reported to the House on April 29, 2008. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Recognizes the need for awareness of the increased risks of driving 15-passenger vans. Encourages operators of such vans to provide adequate training for drivers and safety information to passengers, including the need to wear seat belts.
