Workers' Compensation - Authorizes psychologists to provide impairment ratings in workers' compensation cases. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 6. Fiscal Summary for HB3843 / *SB3890Other Fiscal Impact - Expansion of the field of professionals authorized to provide impairment ratings is assumed to result in an increase in state expenditures. Due to the individualized nature of claims and the variability in awards for such claims, and the absence of measurable standards to apply in assigning ratings, the magnitude of such increase cannot reasonably be quantified.
