Water Resources - Prohibits return of drinking water to public water distribution system after it has been used for any purpose unrelated to the provision of drinking water; requires public water systems to provide at least 90 days', instead of 60 days', notice to all interested parties prior to abandoning or terminating water services. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 5; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65; Title 68, Chapter 221 and Title 69.
