Companion Bill SB4103. Victims' Rights - Clarifies that "critical stage of the criminal justice process" for purposes of notifying victims under the victims rights constitutional amendment includes bond hearings, motion to dismiss hearings, hearings on plea agreements requiring the approval of the court, hearings where restitution is discussed, parole hearings, and any other hearing that proposes a final disposition of the case. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 38, Part 3.
