This bill removes the exemption from the ban on smoking in enclosed public places for venues that restrict admission to persons who are 21 years of age and older.

This bill changes the present law requirement that "no smoking" signs be posted at every entrance to places where smoking is prohibited by the Non-Smoker Protection Act. Under this bill, the "no smoking" signs would only be required at the main entrance of an establishment.
