Companion Bill SB3998. Water Authorities - Exempts public utilities regulated by TRA and subject to TRA rule 1220-4-13.07 from definition of "nontraditional sewage disposal systems," for which water and wastewater treatment authorities are authorized to adopt rules of operation in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Section 65-4-201 and Title 68, Chapter 221.
