Companion Bill SB4073. Schools, Private and Charter - Removes sunset provision repealing creation of new public charter schools on July 1, 2008; and allows students who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunch to be enrolled in a public charter school to fill any openings for the following academic year. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 13 and Chapter 850 of the Public Acts of 2002.
