Companion Bill SB4192. Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - Revises various provisions governing the taxation, titling, registration, and regulation of motor vehicles; requires that University of Tennessee Lady Volunteers' NCAA National Championships new specialty earmarked license plate include commemoration of the 2008 basketball championship. - Amends TCA Title 55; Title 65; Title 67 and Chapter 660 of the Public Acts of 2004. Fiscal Summary for *HB4194 / SB4192Other Fiscal Impact - Enacting this legislation will allow the Department of Revenue to continue collecting approximately $6,256,500 per year for two additional years. Such revenue is currently earmarked for the Departments titling and registration system (TRUST system).
