Companion Bill SB4065. Motor Vehicles, Titling and Registration - Expands disabled veterans free vehicle registration and license plate provision to include any noncommerical vehicle with a GVWR of 9,500 pounds or less; and establishes free driver licenses for disabled veterans. - Amends TCA Title 55. Fiscal Summary for *HB4080 / SB4065Decrease State Revenue - $229,400 Increase State Expenditures - $50,000/One-time Bill Summary for *HB4080 / SB4065 Present law authorizes the issuance of license plates, at no charge, to disabled veterans for private passenger automobiles, recreational vehicles, trucks of one-half or three-quarter ton rating, and motorcycles.
