Companion Bill SB3886. Workers' Compensation - Imposes various requirements on contracting agents who sell, lease, assign, transfer, or convey their lists of contracted health care providers and their contracted reimbursement rate; applies under the Workers' Compensation Law. - Amends TCA Section 50-6-204.
